"My husband and I are transplants from California and were looking at "dream properties" for many weeks before getting serious about moving to Arizona. In the end we not only got a house that our family absolutely loves, but we have a new friend. "John came to our HOME the SAME DAY we called him asking questions about selling it. Within hours he was at our kitchen table, sharing knowledge and explaining our neighborhood. Our home went under contract quickly, with a Government loan that was difficult at every corner we turned!!!  John kept us informed, in the loop always and let us make all the decisions regarding the requests etc....I would like to say... this US Gov. loan was all for the Buyers NOT for the Sellers and I personally wanted to fold my cards a few times.

With young inexperienced buyers and I might suggest so was their Buyers Agent...
